The SNLL 14-19 Action Group is run by the Southwark 14-19 Learning Forum, which falls under the Southwark Guarantee. In addition, Southwark has become a `14-19 Pathfinder` borough - part of a DfES 3-year programme to promote innovation in the delivery of 14-19 education and training - and this is also delivered by the Forum.

The Forum~s objectives and activities include:
- enabling entitlement for all young people aged 14-19 in the borough to high quality education and training
- looking at how to re-engage non-participating 14-19 year olds
- producing the Pathfinder Directory which provides information for young people on routes and courses leading to employment and how to apply
- coordinating collaborative 14-19 work with partner organisations
The 14-19 Learning Forum and London Central LSC have produced a three year Southwark 14-19 plan which can be downloaded from the Resources section of this subsite.
